مدير مشارك - المياه (الهيدرولوجيا ومياه الأمطار) يتمتع بالخبرة للانضمام إلى وحدة أعمال النقل والبنية التحتية لدينا في الشارقة/دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وسيكون هذا الدور القيادي مسؤولاً عن قيادة التسليم الفني والتوجه الاستراتيجي ونمو خدمات الهيدرولوجيا وإدارة مياه الأمطار ومخاطر الفيضانات وتصميم تصريف المياه عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير العقاري الرئيسية في جميع أنحاء الإمارة.
وسيجلب المرشح الناجح خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عاماً في هندسة الهيدرولوجيا ومياه الأمطار، مع معرفة واسعة بمشاريع البنية التحتية ومتطلبات الجهات الحكومية والتنظيمية. ستعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، وتقدم الحوكمة الفنية، وتدير العلاقات مع كبار العملاء والجهات المختصة، وتدفع نحو تطوير حلول مبتكرة ومرنة ومستدامة لإدارة المياه.
المسؤوليات
القيادة الفنية والخبرة الهيدرولوجية
- قيادة التقييمات الهيدرولوجية المعقدة، ودراسات مخاطر الفيضانات، واستراتيجيات إدارة مياه الأمطار، والمخططات التوجيهية لتصريف المياه لمشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير العقاري الكبرى.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية في النمذجة الهيدرولوجية والهيدروليكية، وتحليل الأحواض المائية، وتقييمات المرونة المناخية، وحلول تصريف المياه المستدامة.
- توجيه تطوير استراتيجيات مبتكرة لإدارة مياه الأمطار تتماشى مع أهداف الاستدامة الإقليمية.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخرجات الفنية بما في ذلك التقارير، والتصاميم، والحسابات، ومخرجات النمذجة، والطلبات المقدمة للجهات المختصة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الجهات المحلية، ومعايير القطاع، وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
التسليم الاستراتيجي للمشاريع
- تقديم الإشراف الفني عبر العديد من برامج البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- دعم مديري المشاريع وفرق العمل القيادية في التحديات المعقدة المتعلقة بالمياه واستراتيجيات التسليم.
- قيادة تقييمات المخاطر الفنية وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف لضمان نجاح المشروع.
- ضمان تكامل تصاميم الهيدرولوجيا ومياه الأمطار ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية والتخطيط العام الأوسع نطاقاً.
- تعزيز التميز الفني والاتساق عبر محافظ المشاريع.
التواصل مع العملاء والجهات المختصة
- العمل كمستشار فني رئيسي وممثل موثوق للعملاء.
- قيادة ورش عمل أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى، ومراجعات التصميم، واجتماعات حوكمة المشاريع.
- إدارة التواصل مع الجهات المختصة وعمليات الاعتماد مع الجهات المعنية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأجل مع العملاء ودعم تطوير الحسابات الاستراتيجية.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية الخبيرة بشأن الفرص الكبرى للبنية التحتية والمشاريع المتاحة.
قيادة الفريق وتطوير القدرات
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق هندسة الهيدرولوجيا وتصريف المياه وهندسة المياه.
- تعزيز التميز الفني، وتبادل المعرفة، والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- إجراء المراجعات الفنية وتقييمات ضمان الجودة عبر المشاريع.
- دعم تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي وتنمية القدرات ضمن التخصص.
- تعزيز ثقافة فريق العمل التعاوني وعالي الأداء.
تطوير الأعمال والنمو
- قيادة المدخلات الفنية في المقترحات الكبرى، والمناقصات، وفرص الأطر الاتفاقية.
- دعم تخطيط الأعمال ومبادرات النمو ضمن قطاعي المياه والبنية التحتية.
- تحديد فرص الأسواق الناشئة والترويج لعروض الخدمات المبتكرة.
- تطوير مبادرات الفكر القيادي وتمثيل المؤسسة في المنتديات والمؤتمرات القطاعية.
المؤهلات
- شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، أو هندسة المياه، أو تخصص ذي صلة (تُفضل شهادة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عاماً في الهيدرولوجيا، وإدارة مياه الأمطار، وتقييم مخاطر الفيضانات، وتصميم تصريف المياه.
- خبرة واسعة في تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية والتطوير العقاري الكبرى في دولة الإمارات.
- سجل حافل ومثبت في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في برامج البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- معرفة متقدمة وبرامج النمذجة الهيدرولوجية والهيدروليكية بما في ذلك InfoWorks ICM، أو HEC-RAS، أو Flood Modeller، أو StormCAD، أو MicroDrainage، أو المنصات المماثلة.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات الجهات المختصة في دولة الإمارات، وعمليات الموافقة، ومعايير التصميم.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في التعامل مع العملاء وإمكانيات متميزة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في دعم تطوير الأعمال، وإعداد المقترحات، والتواصل الاستراتيجي مع العملاء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة والحوكمة الفنية.
- الحصول على صفة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو ما يعادلها من الاعتمادات المهنية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director - Water (Hydrology & Stormwater) to join our Transport & Infrastructure business unit in Sharjah/Dubai, UAE. This senior role will be responsible for leading the technical delivery, strategic direction, and growth of hydrology, stormwater management, flood risk, and drainage design services across major infrastructure and land development projects throughout the Emirate.
The successful candidate will bring 18+ years of experience in hydrology and stormwater engineering, with extensive knowledge of infrastructure projects and authority requirements. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical governance, manage senior client and authority relationships, and drive the development of innovative, resilient, and sustainable water management solutions.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Hydrology Expertise
- Lead complex hydrological assessments, flood risk studies, stormwater management strategies, and drainage master planning for major infrastructure and land development projects.
- Provide technical leadership in hydrological and hydraulic modelling, catchment analysis, climate resilience assessments, and sustainable drainage solutions.
- Direct the development of innovative stormwater management strategies aligned with regional sustainability objectives.
- Review and approve technical deliverables including reports, designs, calculations, modelling outputs, and authority submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, industry standards, and international best practices.
Strategic Project Delivery
- Provide technical oversight across multiple large-scale infrastructure programmes.
- Support Project Directors and senior project teams on complex water-related challenges and delivery strategies.
- Lead technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
- Ensure integration of hydrology and stormwater designs within broader infrastructure and master planning projects.
- Drive technical excellence and consistency across project portfolios.
Client & Authority Engagement
- Act as a senior technical advisor and trusted client representative.
- Lead high-level stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and project governance meetings.
- Manage authority engagement and approval processes with relevant UAE entities.
- Build long-term client relationships and support strategic account development.
- Provide expert technical advice on major infrastructure pursuits and project opportunities.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop hydrology, drainage, and water engineering teams.
- Promote technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance assessments across projects.
- Support succession planning and capability growth within the discipline.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Business Development & Growth
- Lead technical input into major proposals, bids, and framework opportunities.
- Support business planning and growth initiatives within the Water and Infrastructure sectors.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and promote innovative service offerings.
- Develop thought leadership initiatives and represent the organisation at industry forums and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in hydrology, stormwater management, flood risk assessment, and drainage design.
- Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure and land development projects within the UAE.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure programmes.
- Advanced knowledge of hydrological and hydraulic modelling software including InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS, Flood Modeller, StormCAD, MicroDrainage, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UAE authority requirements, approval processes, and design standards.
- Demonstrated client-facing leadership experience and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, and strategic client engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical governance skills.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
