Job Title: QA/QC Lead or Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all manufactured products, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and other fabricated structures, meet the required quality standards, compliance regulations, and client specifications. You will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining a robust quality management system (QMS) while ensuring the company's products are delivered with the highest quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with established quality control standards across all fabrication and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance procedures in line with industry standards (ASME, API, ISO 9001, etc.).

• Monitor and assess the quality of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate and manage all in-process inspections and final inspections of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, modular buildings, and other fabricated structures.

• Conduct internal audits, supplier evaluations, and audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry codes.

• Ensure non-conformance issues are promptly identified, documented, investigated, and rectified in a timely manner.

• Prepare and review quality documentation such as inspection reports, test certificates, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and material certificates.

• Lead and support third-party inspections and certifications.

• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing teams regarding quality procedures, inspections, and industry standards.

• Liaise with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to resolve quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, ensuring a solid foundation in technical principles.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, showcasing practical expertise.
