الوصف الوظيفي
مهندس مناوب
- مراقبة وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والتبريد لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
- استكشاف الأعطال الفنية أو إخفاقات المعدات وإصلاحها على الفور.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية لتقليل مخاطر الأعطال.
- الاستجابة السريعة لحالات الطوارئ، مثل الإنذارات أو مخاطر السلامة، وفقًا للبروتوكولات المتبعة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات تفصيلية لحالة المعدات وأعمال الصيانة والحوادث.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية والفنية.
- ضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة ومعايير القطاع.
- دعم تركيب وتشغيل واختبار المعدات أو الأنظمة الجديدة حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات
تشمل خبرتك ومهاراتك ما يلي:
- دبلوم أو درجة جامعية في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة)
- شهادات فنية ذات صلة (مثل أنظمة التكييف والتبريد، السلامة الكهربائية، الصيانة الميكانيكية)
- خبرة مثبتة في صيانة الأنظمة الهندسية وإصلاحها واستكشاف أعطالها
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والتبريد
- معرفة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة ومعايير الامتثال
- مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والتحليل
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعامل مع الطوارئ بهدوء
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب لتسجيل التقارير واستخدام أنظمة إدارة الصيانة

Job Description
Duty Engineer
- Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or equipment failures promptly.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce risk of breakdowns.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, such as alarms or safety hazards, following protocols.
- Keep detailed records of equipment status, maintenance work, and incidents.
- Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment or systems as required.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field)
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety, mechanical maintenance)
- Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of engineering systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance management systems
