Role Description The Car Mechanic role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Car Mechanic is responsible for inspecting vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and performing routine servicing such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations. Daily tasks include carrying out repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, and other systems, as well as testing vehicles to ensure work has been completed to a high standard. The role involves maintaining accurate service records, following safety procedures, keeping the workshop organized, and communicating clearly with service advisors or customers about required repairs and maintenance recommendations. The Car Mechanic is expected to contribute to a positive customer experience through quality workmanship, integrity, and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to perform routine servicing and scheduled checks.
• Hands-on experience in Automotive Repair and broader Automotive systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and maintain professional interactions.
• Relevant technical certification or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle manuals, technical diagrams, and repair procedures.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a car mechanic or automotive technician; experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
