Hiring for Our Client: Strategy Consultant

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 25,000 – 27,000/month + Medical Insurance + Annual Air Ticket (Self)

We are hiring a Strategy Consultant for our client to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and support the organization’s strategic growth, operational efficiency, and business planning initiatives. The role sits within the Project Management Office – Business Strategy function.

Role Purpose

Drive operational efficiency, support business planning, product development, and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategic objectives through structured execution and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support short- and long-term business strategy development
• Analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data
• Define and track KPIs with senior leadership

Operational Excellence

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Develop standardized processes, policies, and frameworks

Business & Project Execution

• Lead day-to-day business planning activities
• Support and monitor project execution within scope, budget, and timelines

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders
• Support change management initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Administration, or a related field
• 5–7 year's experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management
• Strong capabilities in business strategy, process optimization, and execution

Languages

• English (mandatory)
• Second language is a plus
