We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer – High-Rise Specialist to lead the design and coordination of complex high rise building projects. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the architectural team, overseeing design development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale and high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise building projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
using industry-standard software.
- Ensure design compliance with UAE/local building codes, authority regulations, and international best practices.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review and validate construction documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Provide technical guidance during project execution and support site teams as required.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers, fostering professional development.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful
project outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in high-rise or
large-scale developments.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, local authority approval processes, and
modern construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة وإدارة أنشطة التصميم المعماري لمشاريع المباني الشاهقة بدءاً من المفهوم وحتى وثائق البناء.
- تطوير ومراجعة الرسومات المعمارية التفصيلية، والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، وعروض التصميم
باستخدام البرامج القياسية في الصناعة.
- ضمان امتثال التصميم لقوانين البناء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة/المحلية، ولوائح السلطات، وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
- التنسيق بفعالية مع التخصصات الإنشائية، والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، وغيرها من التخصصات الهندسية لضمان تسليم مشروع متكامل.
- مراجعة واعتماد وثائق البناء، ورسومات الورشة (Shop Drawings)، وتقديمات المواد.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني أثناء تنفيذ المشروع ودعم فرق الموقع حسب الحاجة.
- توجيه والإشراف على المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين المبتدئين، وتعزيز التطوير المهني.
- التواصل المباشر مع العملاء، والاستشاريين، والسلطات التنظيمية لضمان تحقيق
نتائج ناجحة للمشروع.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، مع مشاركة كبيرة في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة أو
المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- إجادة قوية لبرامج AutoCAD، وRevit، و3D Max، وPhotoshop.
- معرفة متعمقة بلوائح البناء في دولة الإمارات، وعمليات اعتماد السلطات المحلية، و
منهجيات البناء الحديثة.
قدرات مثبتة في القيادة وإدارة المشاريع. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، والتنسيق، وحل المشكلات.
الكفاءات المفضلة
- خبرة العمل ضمن بيئة استشارات هندسية.
- فهم قوي لسير عمل نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة مشاريع معقدة متعددة في وقت واحد.
