Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities to promote our brand and engage with our audience. The Community Manager will be the face of our company in online spaces and will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase community engagement and drive brand awareness.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community-building strategies to engage with users across various online platforms.

  • Create and manage social media content to foster a sense of community and drive engagement.

  • Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

  • Organize online and offline events to connect with community members.

  • Analyze community feedback and data to identify trends and insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align community initiatives with overall brand strategy.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the community's needs within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven 5 years of  experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social listening tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for community building and engaging with users.
