  • Good in communication skills and English and one vernacular language
  • Good with voice modulation, clarity
  • Understanding the customers profile and behavior
  • Making calls to the existing customers effectively using rapport interactive skills and collect overdue payments
  • Convincing & Negotiation skills
  • Prior calling (outbound) experience would be highly preferable
  • Freshers with good communication also can apply
