JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage the mobile app development function of the agency and assume ultimate responsibility for the effectiveness and efficiency of the applications solutions developed.
• Formulate the architectural strategy, technical design recommendations, development best practices and requirements settings across platforms.
• Assume hands-on development responsibilities, as well as assign development teams, formulate workflows and structural requirements and follow-up on implementation.
• Prepare project plans, setting time estimates, resource deployment and assigned tasks.
• Manage projects with in-house teams as well as remote resources.
• Oversee the management of app store accounts and application submissions.
• Produce all necessary technical documentation and provide user manuals and training.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience in mobile development.
• iOS and Android specialization.
• Flutter experience an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of database structural design, build and web integration.
• Proven competencies in formulating effective mobile app architectures and third-party integrations.
• Proven track-record in the development of complex and intuitive applications.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing mobile development teams.
• Strong Quality Control skills with a solution-driven mindset.
• Project planning capabilities in time management and resource allocation.
• Experience in devising and optimizing mobile user journeys.
• Solid knowledge of mobile analytics tools.
• Updated with the latest trends and practices in mobile software design and operating systems.
