Value Realisation Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project benefits, outcomes, and value drivers.Develop value realization plans that outline the activities, milestones, and metrics to track and measure the achievement of expected benefits.Project Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse project performance against established goals, timelines, and budgets.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and business units.Risk Management: Identify and manage project-related risks and issues that may affect value realization.


Profile
Proven experience in project management, strategy development, or value realization roles, within a large scale (2,000+ employee) environmentExperience in leading and managing projects with a focus on delivering strategic objectivesStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practicesAnalytical skills to assess project performanceExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholdersKnowledge of business analysis techniques and value management methodologiesBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
