Draft, unify and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business to protect the company's needs.Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures to support the Company's needs and protect the Company's interest.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements to support the business in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company.Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate legal policies and procedures across the group.


Profile
5+ years of commercial/corporate law experience, including a minimum of 2 years with a law firm.Bachelor's in law from a reputable universityQualified in the UK, US or similar jurisdictionFor non-UK or US qualified individuals, bilingual proficiency in Arabic/English is requiredExperience in retail or telecommunications sector is desirable
