Overview of the role:
Prepare and ensure accurate reports and dashboards are delivered as per management requirement and outbound campaigns are thoroughly cleansed before loading on the Dialer to ensure high conversions
What you will do:
- Dialer and outbound campaigns management
- Monitor campaigns performance reached and conversions
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of outbound campaigns and CEC agents’ performance and productivity
- Prepare and deliver schedule adherence and shrinkage reports of CEC agents and TLs
- Reconcile agents and TLs attendance against planned schedule
- Prepare ad hoc reports/ queries as per management requirement
- Participate in UAT of system launch
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Background or knowledge in Tableau, Power Bi, or other analytics or data cleansing software is an advantage
- MS Office skills
- Proficient in preparing reports and dashboards
- Good communication and writing skills
- Analytical and highly proactive

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of contact center metrics and environment
Job-Specific Skills:

- Knowledge of Tableau, Power Bi, or other analytics or data cleansing software is an advantage
- MS Office skills
- Proficient in preparing reports and dashboards
