Overview of the role
The role is focused on ensuring Blue is a sustainable, innovative and agile digital business, the senior manager will work very closely with Blue Rewards stakeholders (leadership team and other functional team members) and with stakeholders across other Al-Futtaim divisions and functions to ensure that strategic projects & initiatives are completed to plan and that business benefits are identified, and organizational change is effectively sustained, to ensure our business is future-ready.
The role will help to enable a value-driven approach to managing projects, that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and efficiency and minimizes waste that's applied across all areas of the organization.
What you will do
- Lead program management and coordinate activities for transformation programs
- Ensure quality of analysis, activities, and deliverables for strategic initiatives, including the development and validation of business cases and detailed transformation plans
- Help syndicate analysis, results with all stakeholders and manage relations and expectations
- Ensure correct implementation of transformation plan across various initiatives and streams
- Prepare regular reporting and progress updates – for the blue leadership team and board meeting preparation
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively drive momentum of the transformation
- Support with the annual strategy cycle and building out of strategic initiatives with the Blue Leadership stakeholders
- Helps define financial and non-financial impact of initiatives and projects
- Ongoing tracking of progress of key initiatives which are part of the strategic roadmap
- Create data-driven insights for decision making
- Implement best practice standards in reporting & governance

What equips you for the role
- Graduate with any business or technical degree from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of strategy / business consulting experience
- Experience in front office / growth strategy, business model generation & benefits realization is preferred.
