Procurement Assistant

Our client is a leading company in Retail Industry. They are now looking for a Procurement Assistant to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in liaising with suppliers, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams and managing suppliers.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Update internal databases with order details
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

 Preference:

  • Arabic Speakers
  • Immediate Joiners
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation skills and written and spoken English

Skills

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management and business management
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position in events environment, preferably within the FM Operations (Malls, destinations, Marinas)
  • Very Good knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion/ EBS is a must.
