Responsibilities:
- Research industry-related topics to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the real estate industry.
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and its properties.
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views into blog posts to provide expert insights.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Assist the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, promote company initiatives, and build a community.
- Develop a content strategy that outlines the purpose behind the content you create and how it is created.
- Create various types of content, including blog posts, videos, eBooks, email newsletters, podcasts, templates, infographics, and social media posts.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
- Time-management skills
- Familiarity with SEO
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
