Job Description:

§ Design and create pastry and bakery menus, introducing new items to maintain competitiveness.

§ Oversee the efficient and high-quality production of pastries for multiple cafes, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.

§ Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring strict compliance to health and safety protocols.

§ Guide, support, and train team members to foster a positive team environment in the central kitchen.

Manage control over ingredient, supply, and labor costs to effectively manage budgets across all cafes.

Qualifications:

§ Open to Asian, Arabic and CIS nationals

§ 40 years old and below

§ Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef/Executive Chef from a central kitchen set up (massive production for multiple outlets) with a strong focus on the pastry/bakery section
