CRM Executive

Our client is a leading Retail company. They are now looking for an CRM Executive to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in working with customer data and segmentation models.
  • Familiarity with popular tracking and analytics tools, and practical expertise with CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Bloomreach, Mo Engage, Braze, etc.
  • Strong capability in conceptualizing and designing target group-specific and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Understanding of KPI-based campaign performance measurement.

  • Immediate Joiners
  • A team player with a high level of commitment, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of HTML templating and understanding of Jinja/Javascript templating.
  • Confident handling and extensive experience with common marketing automation systems.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM and campaign management, covering all CRM channels and e-commerce campaigns.
