Our client is a leading Retail company. They are now looking for an CRM Executive to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in working with customer data and segmentation models.
- Familiarity with popular tracking and analytics tools, and practical expertise with CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Bloomreach, Mo Engage, Braze, etc.
- Strong capability in conceptualizing and designing target group-specific and cross-channel campaigns.
- Understanding of KPI-based campaign performance measurement.

- Knowledge of HTML templating and understanding of Jinja/Javascript templating.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM and campaign management, covering all CRM channels and e-commerce campaigns.
