This role is located in Riyadh. As an Analyst, you will assist with tracking the organization's financial performance and contribute to financial communication strategies by leveraging information from various key partners. You will play a key role in financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of complex financial data that will help guide decisions and support in setting the strategy. You will also be a key player in the new GTM model deployment in close collaboration with various stakeholders. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong problem-solving skillset who can demonstrate strong operational and strategic financial leadership capabilities while deeply engaging in Saudi Arabia Med Tech business processes. Responsibilities Business partnering · Partner with commercial team to drive profitable growth and support key business decisional making. Build and maintain business partner relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. · Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners to support better business decisions, including evaluating business cases for tender / pricing / investments. · Challenges business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios and educate business partner on financial issues, concepts and ownership. · Full support for GTM model change execution and new ways of working deployment in Saudi organization in close collaboration with Project team, Commercial, Supply Chain, Strategic & Operations, HCC, other key stakeholders · Full support in terms of new ERP integration (Magellan project) in collaboration with key stakeholders Financial planning· Clear understanding of country plans & key assumptions · Actively participate locally in Business planning, Budget Updates and Latest thinking processes, continuously improve forecast accuracy (P&L, BS and CF) through deep understanding of Saudi business and key projects impacting financials · Provide input in financial planning process, building and maintaining financial models. · Support to BUF Manager and Saudi GM in preparation of budget reviews with MEA Leadership Team Internal controls· Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits Financial analysis & review· Support financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting · Proactive review of performance against the target and identify trends to highlight risks and opportunities for early intervention.
