These are the tasks we trust in you:
- Develop a portfolio strategy for the Middle East and Africa region to support the business development of our three Global Business Units SAN Vet, SAN Agrow and SAN Venture
- Establish sales objectives and KPIs in alignment with the Global Business Units strategies and assign sales targets to different countries and areas, considering sales volume, product mix, and selling price, according to budget
- Ensure customers have the best possible experience, through products and services, and high-quality customer service support
- Ensure proper use of CRM to register relevant sales activities and communicate with target audiences
- Support the development and implementation of a market intelligence program to allow market assessment and research, competitors’ analysis, pricing strategies, to better assess products potential and create competitive advantage
Skills
