Assistant Academic Director

Qualifications:


Master’s degree qualification from a recognized University with UAE attestation in one of the following majors: Health & Safety, IT, Finance & Banking, Medical.

At least 5-7 years of work experience in Program Management within the education sector, with a minimum of 3-4 years of leadership experience in people management.

Possession of a TOT Certificate and any other relevant professional certificates (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, CPA, CMA, CFA).

Experience in the higher education sector is advantageous.

Training experience as a trainer, training manager, or training coordinator is a must.

Demonstrated ability to effectively impart job-related knowledge to others in a training setting.

Familiarity with Training and Education regulators in the UAE.
