The client: A world-renowned luxury retailer who are at the forefront of luxury and creativity requires a President to take their operations to new heights across the GCC regions. An innovative, creative, and world-leading brand that manufactures retails, and distributes globally selling the most sought-after, crafted designs “President” to lead the GCC operations. This will cover DTC, wholesale, and e-commerce and have a key focus on franchise operations and partner store developments. Package: $380,000 + Bonus + Incentives Job Summary To lead the group GCC retail stores in to drive the retail goals, plans, and policies. To drive the Regional Operations Team to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and execute plans to ensure delivery of good customer experience and integration of retail systems. To focus on maximize profitability through DTC, wholesale, and e-commerce channels as well as drive the performance and sales of partner stores. To maximize and define the merchandising strategies wit the stakeholder's goals, in line with seasonal and demographic insights and trends. Job Description · Provide leadership to all retail stores in the GCC to drive the retail goals, plans, and policies. · Serve as an expert resource in Retail Operations Management. · Be a hands-on leader for the business reporting to the HQ BOD · Review, and drive Regional Operations Team to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). · Lead region into complete integration of retail systems. · Provide expert advice from KPIs mapped to manage efficiency and performance in stores. · Expand Brand presence through strategic store population directives. · Mentor and guide countries towards the delivery of results via Brand Profitability. · Drive partner stores' sales and capability · Focus on merchandising, product selections, and seasonal trends . Focus on manufacturing, design, and creativity for NPD and product development. Qualifications · Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent. · MBA is preferred. · Experience retailer within watches, jewelry, and luxury goods · An expansion leader . A cost transformer Other Job Requirements · Minimum 15 years of retail operations and management experience, preferably in luxury, watches, jewelry · Minimum 10 years in a leadership role in multiple store settings. · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. · Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and willingness to be constantly challenged. · Highly collaborative with excellent teaming and interpersonal/influencing skills. · Able to travel up to 50% across the ASIA region. .
