Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Development Executive, your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding of the industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
  8. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance using CRM software.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in networking events and conferences.

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
  8. Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
  9. Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Dubai, UAE.
