All interviewing, salary negotiations, and more are handled by the account manager, freeing you up to spend most of your time online headhunting on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

And the best part? You can work from anywhere in the world as you'll be working online in a flexible, part-time capacity.


We offer a generous commission structure of 5,000 AED per placement, with a bonus of 1,000 AED for each of your candidate that has two interviews with our clients for the same role, ensuring you make money as often as possible.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A solid track record in recruitment,
  • A strong attention to detail,
  • And the ability to work fast.


Ideally you already have access to "LinkedIn Recruiter" or are willing to invest in it.
