Solution Expert- SAP Automotive C4C

Overview of the role


As a Solution Expert for SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), you will help streamline and improve the Auto Sales Process for both B2B and B2C customers.

You will lead and participate in activities such as defining new scope and requirements, resolving issues, testing, supporting and working with other teams to meet the business needs also you will be responsible for system integration, data migration and ensuring a smooth user experience.


What you will do 


•   In Application management you will manage, consult, teach, troubleshoot, setup and maintain respective domain solutions to agreed service level standards.

•   Investigates and develops specifications for system changes to handle workloads and high availability.

•   Develops and maintains documentation for technical solution modifications.

•   Liaise with software suppliers and the Change Management team for problem resolution and deployment of system changes.

•   work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing and deployment of solutions.

•   Adheres to software development and maintenance standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of internal and external development best practices.

•   Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.

•   Maintains and upgrades professional knowledge, management skills and domain expertise by using continuous learning & development

Required Skills to be successful


•   Expertise in Automotive Sales business process.

•   Proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution module.

•   Solid functional Configuration, Implementation, Rollout and Support skills with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.

•   Proficiency in Agile and SAP Activate implementation methodologies.

•   Exceptional consulting skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with business users and stakeholders independently.

•   Comprehensive understanding of ABAP with proficient debugging skills.


What equips you for the role


•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and support of SAP C4C for Automotive Business. 

•   At least 2 full cycle implementations integrating C4C with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA. 

•   Should have extensive C4C Solution experience in Account Management, Personalization, Real-Time Analytics, lead management, Opportunity Management and Insight, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales Including integration with Sales and Distribution.

•   Expertise in performing C4C Administrator tasks.

•   Knowledge of C4C functional configurations.

•   Must have experience in Integration between C4C and On Premise ECC / SAP S/4 HANA using CPI.
