Responsibilities:

  • Business Establishment:
  • Lead the setup of the new agency business, including establishing operational procedures, workflows, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to develop business strategies, goals, and objectives for the agency's growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the recruitment ande training of additional staff as necessary to support business operations.

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Analyize competitors and find ways in which to provide USPs.
  • Deal Identification and Listing:
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to list properties or secure contracts for the agency's services.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of clients, industry contacts, and referral sources to generate leads and listings.
  • Utilize various channels such as networking events, social media, and cold calling to expand the agency's client base.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and advice to clients to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Deal Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, agreements, and transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for the agency and its clients.
  • Close deals efficiently and effectively, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with legal and financial teams to finalize contracts and facilitate smooth transaction closings.

 



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Must)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate in DUBAI
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success and results-oriented approach.
