Overview of the role:

Are you passionate about automotive spare parts and accessories? We are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving Spare Parts and Accessories sales to our wholesale Parts customers.

What you will do:

• Manage and exceed Parts sales targets according to the strategic plan.
• Develop Parts sales volumes within your designated area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale account customers in selecting the required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Ensure accuracy in quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts or special prices as per standard operating procedures.
• Proactively follow up on Parts back-orders to keep customers informed of status and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee Warehouse Management & Operations, meticulously verifying consignment accuracy with all related documentation before shipment.
• Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently, and they receive value for their investment.

Skills

Required skills to be successful:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Dealership Management Systems and other relevant computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building abilities, cultivating and maintaining warm and friendly rapport with customers.

What equips you for the role:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in automotive or equipment spare parts, with a focus on Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products, and Construction Equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
