Performance Management Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate company's Talent Management/Performance review HR systems for 400+ employees located in Riyadh, Doha, Manama, and Dubai offices
  • Manage probation periods for all new hires
  • Prepare and monitor performance reviews for Consultants and Support functions
  • Maintain mentor-mentee master sheet
  • Provide Talent Management administration support


Skills

Preference:

  • Knowledge about Performance Management System.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills to manage employee concerns and address issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for the position of HR specialist
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field
  • UAE experience is mandatory
