With 400+ employees<br/><br/>SYSTRA<br/><br/>is involved in many of the Kingdoms iconic projects.<br/><br/>As<br/><br/>SYSTRA<br/><br/>continues to grow as a business in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a<br/><br/>Marketing Communications Manager.<br/><br/>You will need a proven track record in driving multi-channel communication strategies and leading on innovative marketing initiatives. With a particular focus on encapsulating the essence of our values and brand in all our external activities e.g. conferences, events, marketing campaigns, thought-leadership etc; and ensure that any senior leader engage with the external market with a consistent SYSTRA brand in mind.<br/><br/>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br/><br/>• Working with senior leaders of the business, to drive the overall marketing strategy in alignment with global strategic plans and objectives.<br/><br/>• Developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.<br/><br/>• Collaborate closely with the Proposal & Business development teams (communications and graphics teams)<br/><br/>• Developing and maintaining Business Unit-specific marketing collateral to enable the broader organisation to understand the expertise, strategies and promote cross-selling of services.<br/><br/>• Training, coaching and development of our people in particular the senior leadership to feel confident in delivering key messaging, our brand and personifying SYSTRA.<br/><br/>• Collaborate closely with Human Resources in employee branding activities and supporting the Employee Value Proposition roll out.<br/><br/>• Aligning all Country specific communications and activities with the Global strategy for Marketing & Communications including focusing on driving the SYSTRA brand and other global themes.<br/><br/>• Working closely with business leadership to develop an annual calendar of regional / global events and associated strategies and communication briefs for each event.<br/><br/>• Coordinating and prioritizing SYSTRA’s participation in regional events, conferences, memberships, sponsorships, white papers, project openings, etc. Networking with key partners to obtain good positioning for SYSTRA.<br/><br/>• Develop externally facing collateral, social media posts, news and announcements, and other communications.<br/><br/>• With the SYSTRA Headquarters’ support, be responsible to develop and update the local SYSTRA Arabia website<br/><br/>• Responsibility for developing specific award submissions, responding to surveys, and coordinating other external visibility opportunities.<br/><br/>• Developing content for internal communications such as newsletters, town halls, leadership conferences, executive briefings, etc.<br/><br/>EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND<br/><br/>• A degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or a closely related field.<br/><br/>Plus 10 years of experience in marketing and communications in particular working with senior executives, ideally from the same industry<br/><br/>LANGUAGE SKILL<br/><br/>• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication. Ability to edit and write content in English. Proficiency in Arabic language an advantage but not essential.<br/><br/>CAREER BACKGROUND<br/><br/>• Preferably already have a strong network in the Middle East and / or the Engineering industy so can support in prioritising key marketing initiatives and approaching key partners / channels to market.<br/><br/>• Strong communication abilities, able to articulate complex ideas in a creative manner and able to influence or persuade others.<br/><br/>• Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistent and goal-oriented<br/><br/>• Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes with a commitment to internal and external client service.<br/><br/>• Ability to travel, as needed.<br/><br/>• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to SYSTRA’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
