About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.<br/><br/>The Role of General Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned General Manager to join our<br/><br/>Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay<br/><br/>opening team<br/><br/>in Saudi Arabia<br/><br/>!
Reporting<br/><br/>to<br/><br/>the Regional Vice President, you will take the lead in project managing the opening of this incredible property<br/><br/>.<br/><br/>You will also be an active team player in strengthening our Four Seasons<br/><br/>Saudi Arabia<br/><br/>collection; creative in<br/><br/>identifying<br/><br/>opportunities to<br/><br/>maximize<br/><br/>development opportunities within the collection.
Our General Manager will lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many<br/><br/>return<br/><br/>guests are warmly welcomed and looked after<br/><br/>.<br/><br/>You will<br/><br/>be responsible for<br/><br/>the successful guest service delivery for the hotel and will be an active part of the local community<br/><br/>.<br/><br/>You will provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel,<br/><br/>establish<br/><br/>plans of character, integrity<br/><br/>,<br/><br/>and of quality, which results in the continued life, growth<br/><br/>,<br/><br/>and profitability of the business<br/><br/>,<br/><br/>and take responsibility for the health, safety<br/><br/>,<br/><br/>and welfare of our hotel guests and employees<br/><br/>.
Our IdealGeneral Manager candidatewill have:
Luxury<br/><br/>Island Resort<br/><br/>General Management experience<br/><br/>,<br/><br/>opening and project lead experience, sense of business development with strength in new markets, and a strong revenue and yield management background<br/><br/>.<br/><br/>A<br/><br/>bachelor’s degree in hospitality or<br/><br/>t<br/><br/>ourism is an employment visa requirement<br/><br/>for Saudi Arabia.
A dynamic and hands-on operational leader with a strong passion for people development have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a brand and guest ambassador with the ability to challenge the norm and be<br/><br/>solution-<br/><br/>oriented<br/><br/>and<br/><br/>have an innovative approach to creatively position the overall hotel product<br/><br/>.
Ability to lead pre-opening and post-opening budgets, you will be a strong project manager and visionary who can think big picture yet able to execute on ideas and have a nimble mindset particularly in<br/><br/>the<br/><br/>opening year to<br/><br/>establish<br/><br/>operating procedures<br/><br/>.
A seasoned leader with diplomacy and the ability to build strong relationships with key<br/><br/>stakeholders<br/><br/>inside and outside the resort (Owners, Community), the ability to engage with ownership on strategies to increase revenues and understand their<br/><br/>needs<br/><br/>and<br/><br/>be able to draw a long-term vision for the hotel<br/><br/>.
