The TikTok Specialist will be responsible for social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and catching viral content. You will also be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, including researching, and identifying engaging content, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. The TikTok Specialist will also be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s TikTok presence, including building and engaging with their followers and responding to comments and messages. Ultimately, the TikTok Specialist should also be an expert in creating and managing ad campaigns to reach sales goal. 

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a TikTok and social media specialist role
  • Expertise in TikTok and social media marketing, including content creation and campaign management
  • Proven experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok advertising platform and best practices.
  • Excellent in editing raw video footage optimised for different social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms, including their features and best practices
  • Excellent creative and writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.
