As the Project Manager and Administration Specialist, you will combine your project management expertise with exceptional organisational skills, providing crucial support to the c-suite and their teams to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget

Description
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including closely monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks to guarantee successful outcomes Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources and proactively manage project risks Bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, fostering clear communication and aligning project goals with company objectives Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and technical teams with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising project documentation Take the lead in coordinating logistics for tech-related events, workshops, travel arrangements and training sessions


Profile
3-5 years professional experience within an international consulting firm Proven experience in project management, ideally within financial services and/or technology sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
