Job Description:
- Lead culinary team and oversee hot / cold sections and staff meal.
- Develop and execute innovative menus.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Must be an expert in International and Arabic cuisine
