Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant at iNPLASS, you will be responsible for driving sales of our hospitality products and services to hotels and hospitality businesses across Oman market. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly sales targets by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and market trends, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.

Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our hospitality products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients via phone and online meetings.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, and close sales deals in a timely manner.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business and customer support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
