Digital Marekting Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute dynamic digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive revenue growth for real estate brokerage services.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct SEO enhancements on website content, including landing pages and blog posts, to enhance organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Curate and maintain engaging content across social media platforms, fostering audience growth and interaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across various channels, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and design teams to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the brokerage remains competitive in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on budget optimization and performance tracking.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for creating compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SEO and SEM is preferred.
