Data Entry Clerk

UAE - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Input data from source documents into the database or electronic files with accuracy and speed.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making corrections as needed.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve discrepancies by contacting the originator of the information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of data by following company policies and procedures.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for records and documents.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other data-related documents as requested.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Fast typing skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
