Finance Director

Job Summary:

As the Finance Director   you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and mitigate risk in the forex and crypto trading environment.

·       Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business objectives and drive profitability.

·       Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards and accounting principles.

·       Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders, including analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities and risks.

·       Lead treasury and cash management functions, including managing liquidity, optimizing capital allocation, and mitigating foreign exchange and cryptocurrency risk.

·       Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and financial institutions.

·       Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant: CMA, CFA, ACCA, CA.
• Possesses excellent commercial and business mindset
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance in international corporations, preferably in the technology sector
• Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, including C-Level
• Strong knowledge of FP&A best practices, being part of teams in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated exceptional success in defining and tracking success metrics for a business units.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
