Job Summary: Looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Assist in preparing tender as well as contract documents
- Carry out costs analysis for project work, give advice and forecasts about costs
- Give advice on contractual arrangements as well as claims
- Prepare valuations, financial appraisals as well as final accounts
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience working as a quantity surveyor
- Must have good experience in pre and post tendering works
- The applicant must have good experience of PlanSwift, Excel as well as AutoCAD
- Ability to work within set and strict deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
