Sales Administrator – Lighting Innovation

Charterhouse are working with a European leader in Architectural Lighting, our client is seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to join the team in Dubai. This role will be the point of contact for clients and the sales division, establishing corporate partnerships predominantly within the UAE market alongside wider GCC region.

About the role
The Sales Administrator will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, collaborate closely to assess potential leads, create tailored proposals meeting client requirements, and follow up on quotations to secure new business.

The role will also handle various administrative tasks, such as updating CRM systems, maintaining records and files, processing orders and invoices, and sending confirmations and reminders. Additionally, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with different internal and external parties involved in the sales process. This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, calls, and events for the sales team and the sales manager.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Administrator in lighting innovation or an appliances manufacturer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel in particular). Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated and ambitious individual with the ability to demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
