KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Daily contact with MTPO, field maintenance personnel on maintenance boat, barges, mobile crew, Wireline Supervisor, PE (O/W/G) in A/D and other Production personnel.
• Frequents contact with Drilling Supervisors (drilling rigs), Safety Engineers complex Maintenance Supervisor (WB), Planning Engineer, Inspection Engineer to discuss day to day well head tower conditions and carry out safety tour.
• Monitoring plant such as WI CSP PGP GTP NGTP and riser platforms including, operation preparation for maintenance efficiently and safely.
• Evaluates daily pertaining equipment performance, prepares productions reports and recommends to manager for improvement. Supervises and participates in preparing the plant/ equipment for maintenance.
• Ensures appropriate implementations of the developed OPERGUID procedures for all plant operations and maintenance activities and ensures regular evaluations and updates of procedures for optimizations and safe operations.
• Maintain good line of communication with the control rooms such as DAS CCR, ZW CCR, T-ABK CCR, ADGAS CCR IGD/LNG to meets the company’s productions terms of quality and quantity.
• Monitor and control the Fire and Gas operation / conditions of both complex and field and take the appropriate action.
• Ensure sub-ordinates and contractors are fully aware and adhere to the company’s HSE program, procedures, standards and systems.
• Report and investigate accidents/ incidents and makes necessary recommendation for improvements.
• Directs controls and supervises the activities of a team of contractor workforce involved in operating the production facilities, including starting up, shut down the wells preparation for maintenance, reservoir monitoring, pressure survey oil / water sampling housekeeping etc.
• Monitors and supervises through the control room facilities oil, gas and water production from the well head tower to the plant, vice versa to meet daily target and ADGAS demand.
• Monitor and co-ordinate marine vessels, Barges, drilling rigs, helicopter and boat movement personnel movements by controlling flying hours and make sure all work are carried out as per ADNOC regulations.
• Supervises the operation of Oil, Gas and Water production and injection, including opening closing wells, adjustment wells, carrying out well testing utilizing test separator on test vessels, chemical injection etc.
• Issuing permits to work to Performing authorities ADNOC personnel or contractors, carry out risk assessments and procedure on non-routine tasks including self-audit, planned inspection, classify equipment from hazard point of view, conduct regular safety meetings with subordinates to promote awareness of safety of HSE and ensure highest safety standard is adopted as per HSE and ISO-14001.
• Issuing work service request, work order, material request through the passport and action all reported near misses.
• Represents company on board test vessel, supervises flow testing, clean up, unloading and bleed down operation.
• Carry out safety audit and planned safety inspection for WHT’s and Test Vessel.
• Conduct group safety meeting with all team members and contractor personnel to prompt awareness of ADNOC safety regulations.
• Ensures adherence of contracted work force on any given project Company’s safety policy, standards and procedures.
• Ensure high level of safety in the field and make sure all subordinate personnel are given safety training and records are updated.
• Ensures adherence to Environment Management System ISO-14001 and with regard to hazardous / domestic wastes segregation and handling procedure.
• Conducts risk assessments, toolbox meetings and prepare/ reviews special procedures for non-routine operations and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoots operations problems and reports major problems and emergencies to operation Manager with proposed solutions. 
• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
• Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
