Scheduler / Project Coordinator

The Job responsibilities include :

  • Planning and scheduling work assignments for part-timers.
  • Briefing and guiding the part-timers on job requirements and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring all assignments are allocated and completed before the deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients, management, and colleagues regarding project and assignments requirements.
  • Quality assurance check and proofreading of reports before dispatching to the clients.
  • Monitor assignment progress and address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
  • Providing feedback and guiding part-timers based on the quality of their work and efficiency while doing the job.
  • Managing time and work adequately.


Skills

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English language (both writing and speaking)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
