Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Mail Checker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, including letters, parcels, and packages.
Verify the contents of mail and ensure they are correctly addressed and stamped.
Maintain an organized system for mail processing and storage.
Assist with the preparation of mailings, including labeling, sorting, and packing.
Track and log mail and packages for tracking purposes.
Handle confidential and sensitive mail with discretion.
Provide support in administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative support role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of postal procedures and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
