The Lime team is looking for a diligent accounting professional who will be able to support the team in reconciling and controlling sales, stocks, and assets in order to meet company goals. Having the ability to spot errors, paying attention to details, and being collaborative are all excellent qualities to have.
Job description:
1. Responsible for submitting the UAE’s Daily Sales report for offline and online store.
2. Checking all store sales report and Z reports on the daily basis.
3. Sales return controlling in all ERP systems.
4. Reconciliation and controlling of credit card settlement. (Acquiring control)
5. Controlling cash collections and foreign currency deposits.
6. Controlling and proceeding payouts from Ecom sales.
7. Retail and accounting ERP program integration between all systems and reporting to Manager about mistakes in program.
8. Negative stock control and posting shortages/surpluses.
9. Influencers or bloggers stock control and writing off goods under request.
10. Ensuring that COGS counted correctly.
11. Margin control.
12. Recording of all consumables and writing them off under request.
13. Fixed Assets accounting procedures responsible
Skills
Requirements:
· At least 2 years’ experience in accounting in UAE.
· Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of 1C ERP is preferable.
