We are urgently hiring an Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in our Dubai office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently, we’d like to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk tasks, including greeting visitors and answering calls
Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary
Coordinate with different departments for scheduling and meetings
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and other clerical duties
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office)
Professional attitude and appearance
Prior office experience is a plus but not required
