Key Responsibilities:

  1. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to reduce accidents and hazardous situations in the workplace.
  • Establish and maintain the organization's emergency response and crisis management procedures.
  • Oversee environmental programs to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and minimize the company's environmental impact.
  • Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its usage among employees.
  1. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all necessary certifications and permits for safety and environmental compliance are up-to-date.
  • Lead audits and inspections, ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
