Job Title: Supervisor Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently, on time and to the required standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate engineering projects from start to finish.

Review and evaluate project plans, specifications and drawings.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with different project teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Ensure that all projects comply with specified quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering.

3+ years’ experience in engineering consultancy.

Proficiency in working on First Abu Dhabi Bank plans and specifications.

Ability to study settlements and tenders.

Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Deep knowledge of engineering principles and project management practices.

Fluent in English.

Proficiency in handling electronic correspondence.

Skills:

Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.

High coordination and teamwork skills.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف وتنسيق المشاريع الهندسية من البداية حتى النهاية.
• مراجعة وتقييم خطط المشاريع والمواصفات والرسومات.
• إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة التقدم وجودة العمل والتأكد من الالتزام باللوائح السلامة.
• التعاون مع فرق المشروع المختلفة لضمان الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• تقديم الإرشادات الفنية والدعم لأعضاء الفريق.
• ضمان أن جميع المشاريع تتوافق مع المعايير المحددة للجودة ولوائح السلامة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو في مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الهندسة.
• خبرة في الاستشارات الهندسية لأكثر من 3 سنوات.
• إتقان العمل على مخططات ومواصفات بنك أبوظبي الأول.
• القدرة على دراسة التسويات والمناقصات.
• مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على التواصل الفعّال.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• معرفة عميقة بالمبادئ الهندسية وممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
• إتقان التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
• إتقان التعامل مع المراسلات الإلكترونية.
