As the Head of Generative AI, you will spearhead the development and deployment of advanced AI models, shaping the future of AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Generative AI initiatives, aligning with business and innovation goals.
• Architect and implement state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on large-scale language models, multimodal AI, and deep learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to develop scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving AI research and development in areas such as AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Partner with leadership to identify strategic AI opportunities and influence business decisions.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment, adhering to global AI governance and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in leading AI teams and projects, particularly in Generative AI, deep learning, and NLP.
• Expertise in transformer models, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), diffusion models, and AI-powered automation.
• Strong background in AI research, model optimization, and real-world deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business strategy and impact.
• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field preferred.
