Project Management & Coordination:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of site operations related to masonry work and concrete finishes.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that the work is executed per design specifications and client requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Site Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that work is being completed as per the planned schedule and quality standards.
- Perform inspections to ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on site progress, address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control & Safety:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project, particularly in decorative finishes and flooring systems.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring the team follows safe work practices and minimizing any potential risks.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that clients' requirements and expectations are met, particularly with regard to the quality of finishes and landscaping.
Technical Support:
- Offer technical advice and solutions related to concrete finishes, flooring, and masonry work, providing expertise on materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Ensure the correct installation methods for decorative finishes and civil works
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, with a focus on decorative flooring finishes, concrete work, and masonry. Experience in landscaping projects is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including concrete finishes, terrazzo flooring, epoxy, PU coatings, and masonry.
- Proficiency in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Software Skills: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and other civil engineering tools is a plus.
