  • Assist Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
  • Train, mentor, and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and help manage food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability

Salary:                         up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meals and uniform.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino, Nepali & Sri Lankan nationals
  • Male, 35 years old and below
  • At least 3 years of experience in continental cuisine background
