Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation of balanced, healthy meals.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Eat & Slim's standards.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training on healthy cooking techniques.
  • Maintain proper food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new meal plans.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian and English.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Passion for healthy, nutritious cooking.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
