Job Description:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data and analytics team.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Lead advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to drive business initiatives and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for growth experiments. 

Skills

Qualifications:

• 38 years old and below, with minimum 5 years in data analytics, with 3 years in a leadership role in eCommerce or Retail
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, and similar platforms
• Experience in cloud platforms, and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, AWS
